1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Service apply to Flak Line, its app store listings, and related support pages operated by Red Yarn Games. Your use of the game may also be subject to the rules and terms of the app store or platform where you downloaded it.

2. The Game

Flak Line is an arcade-style mobile air defense action game. It is entertainment software set in a fictional game scenario. It is not real-world military, safety, aviation, weapons, or operational guidance.

Gameplay values, enemy labels, weapon names, damage effects, trajectories, radar displays, visuals, and progression systems are simplified or fictionalized for play, readability, and performance. They should not be treated as real-world technical data or instructions.

3. Permitted Use

You may use Flak Line for lawful personal entertainment in accordance with these terms, applicable law, and app-store rules.

You may not misuse the game, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, copy or resell the game or its content, commercially exploit it without permission, or reverse engineer it except where applicable law expressly allows.

The game, including software, design, interface, text, graphics, compiled content, and other materials, is owned by Red Yarn Games or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as permitted by law or app-store rules, you may not copy, modify, distribute, publicly display, sell, or create derivative works from the game or related materials without prior written permission.

5. App Stores and Platform Services

Downloads, updates, purchases, refunds, device compatibility, and platform account features may be handled by the app store or operating system provider. Those providers may apply their own terms, policies, and support processes.

6. Updates, Availability, and Changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the game at any time, including for maintenance, balancing, legal, operational, or business reasons.

We do not guarantee that the game will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device, operating system, or store environment.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flak Line is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

Flak Line is not a substitute for professional advice, technical training, safety guidance, or any real-world operational instruction. You are responsible for how you interpret and use the entertainment content.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Red Yarn Games will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, business, opportunities, or goodwill arising from or related to your use of the game.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the game or related services if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms, applicable law, platform rules, or the rights of others.
