Privacy Policy

1. Scope

Partyus is a local-only party game recommended for players aged 15 or older. Regional store ratings may vary. The app does not require a Red Yarn Games account and does not use a Red Yarn Games backend service.

Google Play, Android, device manufacturers, email providers, web browsers, and website hosting providers may process information under their own privacy policies when you use their services.

2. Information Handled by the App

Partyus lets you enter player names for use during games. It may also store custom questions, penalties, language and feature settings, gameplay counts, screen visits, and other in-app activity needed to provide game features.

This information is stored locally on your device. It is not transmitted to Red Yarn Games. Partyus has no advertising SDK, third-party analytics SDK, Firebase integration, account system, cloud database, or in-app purchase system in the current release.

The current Android release does not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, photos, precise location, or external storage.

If you contact us, we may receive the information you choose to provide, such as your email address, device or app details, attachments, and the contents of your message.

3. How Information Is Used

Locally stored information is used only to remember app settings and player lists, provide selected games, personalize prompts, preserve custom content, and show local usage information inside the app.

Information voluntarily included in a support or privacy message is used to respond to that message, troubleshoot issues, protect our rights and users, and comply with applicable law.

4. Sharing and Sale of Information

Red Yarn Games does not receive ordinary Partyus gameplay data, player names, custom questions, or custom penalties. We do not sell this information or share it with advertising or analytics partners.

We may disclose information you voluntarily send us if reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect rights or safety, investigate misuse, or address security and operational issues.

5. Retention and Deletion

App information remains on your device until you remove it using available app controls, clear Partyus storage in Android settings, or uninstall the app. Device or Google backup settings may retain or restore app data under the relevant provider's policy.

Support and privacy communications may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain records, protect our rights, and comply with applicable law.

6. Google Play, Android, and Website Services

Google Play and Android may process device, account, download, installation, update, security, crash, diagnostic, and store information independently under Google's policies. Red Yarn Games does not control that platform-level processing.

When you open a policy or support link, your browser, email app, and the destination provider may process normal technical request data. When you visit this website, Cloudflare and related hosting infrastructure may process IP address, user agent, requested URL, referrer, timestamps, and similar technical data for delivery, security, logging, and availability.

7. Security

Keeping ordinary app information on your device limits transfer to Red Yarn Games, but no device or storage method is completely secure. Protect your device with appropriate access controls and avoid entering sensitive personal information as player names, questions, or penalties.

8. Children's Privacy

Partyus is recommended for players aged 15 or older and is not directed to younger children. Partyus does not knowingly collect children's personal information on Red Yarn Games servers. If you believe a child has sent personal information to us through a support message, contact us so we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.

9. Your Choices and Rights

You can edit or remove locally stored content through available app controls, clear the app's Android storage, or uninstall the app. Because Red Yarn Games does not receive ordinary app data, we generally cannot access or delete data stored only on your device.

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights concerning personal information we hold from support or privacy communications. Contact us to make a request. We may ask for reasonable information to verify and process it.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when Partyus features, data practices, or legal requirements change. The current version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
