Partyus Privacy Policy
This policy applies to Partyus, its store listings, support communications, and related Red Yarn Games web pages.

Partyus is a local party-game collection that does not require a Red Yarn Games account.
App stores, operating systems, email services, and website providers may process information under their own policies when you use their services.
2. Information Handled by the App
Partyus lets you enter player names for use during games. It may also store custom questions, penalties, language and feature settings, gameplay counts, screen visits, and other in-app activity needed to provide game features.
Player names, content you add, settings, and gameplay records are used to provide app features and are primarily stored on your device. Partyus does not send this ordinary game information to a Red Yarn Games server.
Optional purchases and restoration are handled through the app store you use. The store may process payment and transaction information under its own terms and privacy policy. Red Yarn Games may receive limited transaction information from the store for purchase support, settlement, fraud prevention, or legal duties.
If you contact us, we may receive the information you choose to provide, such as your email address, device or app details, attachments, and the contents of your message.
3. How Information Is Used
Locally stored information is used to remember app settings and player lists, provide games, preserve custom content, and manage app features.
Information voluntarily included in a support or privacy message is used to respond to that message, troubleshoot issues, protect our rights and users, and comply with applicable law.
5. Retention and Deletion
App information remains on your device until you remove it using available app controls, clear Partyus storage in device settings, or uninstall the app. Device or cloud backups may retain or restore local app data under the relevant provider's policy.
Support and privacy communications may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain records, protect our rights, and comply with applicable law.
6. Platform and Website Services
App stores, operating systems, and related platform services may process account, device, download, purchase, security, and diagnostic information independently under their own policies.
When you open a policy or support link, the service providers involved may process standard technical information needed for delivery, security, support, and reliable operation under their own policies.
7. Security
Keeping ordinary app information on your device limits transfer to Red Yarn Games, but no device or storage method is completely secure. Protect your device with appropriate access controls and avoid entering sensitive personal information as player names, questions, or penalties.
8. Children's Privacy
Partyus is not designed to collect children's personal information through a Red Yarn Games account or service. If you believe a child has sent personal information to us, contact us so we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.
9. Your Choices and Rights
You can edit or remove locally stored content through available app controls, clear the app's device storage, or uninstall the app. Purchases and platform account data can be managed through your app store. Because Red Yarn Games does not receive ordinary app data, we generally cannot access or delete data stored only on your device.
