1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to Flak Line for Android and to support communications related to the game.

App stores, device operating systems, payment providers, and other platform services may process information under their own privacy policies. Their handling of information is outside this policy.

2. Information We Collect

The current release of Flak Line is designed to work without Red Yarn Games account registration, in-app user profiles, advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, or a Red Yarn Games backend account.

Ordinary gameplay is handled on your device. The current Android release does not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, photos, precise location, external storage, network state, Wi-Fi state, vibration, or internet permission.

The game may store gameplay progress, settings, scores, unlocked stages, selected language, selected mode, and similar game state locally on your device. This local game data is used to provide gameplay continuity and is not sent to a Red Yarn Games server in the current release.

If you contact us for support, privacy, legal, or app store questions, we may receive the information you choose to include, such as your email address, device or app details, store details, attachments, and the contents of your message.

If you visit the Red Yarn Games website, hosting and infrastructure providers may process standard technical request data such as IP address, user agent, referrer, page URL, and request timestamps for normal web delivery, logging, security, and availability.

3. How We Use Information

We use limited information, if any, to provide the game experience, preserve local game progress, respond to support and privacy requests, maintain website availability, troubleshoot issues, protect our rights, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not use ordinary app activity to create advertising profiles or to make decisions that produce legal, credit, employment, housing, insurance, medical, or similarly significant effects.

4. Sharing and Service Providers

We do not sell personal information. The current release does not provide app-user personal information to advertising or analytics partners for ordinary gameplay.

We may rely on service providers for website hosting, email, app-store distribution, platform purchase handling where applicable, security, or similar operational needs. These providers may process limited information needed to deliver their services.

We may disclose limited information if reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, enforce terms, protect rights or safety, investigate misuse, or address security and operational issues.

5. Retention and Deletion

Because ordinary app use does not require a Red Yarn Games account or server-side profile, we do not maintain app-user account data on our servers for standard use of the current release.

Local game progress remains on your device unless you delete the app, clear app data through your device settings, or overwrite that progress through normal gameplay.

Website technical logs and support communications may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary for security, operations, responding to the request, protecting our rights, and complying with applicable law.

6. Your Choices and Rights

You can stop using the game at any time and may remove it from your device. Device-level controls and app-store settings may also let you manage updates, backups, purchases, and platform settings where applicable.

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of personal information we hold about you. To make a privacy request, contact us using the email below. We may ask for reasonable information to verify and process your request.

7. Children's Privacy

Flak Line is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us improperly, please contact us so that we can review the issue.

8. International Processing

Service providers used for website hosting, email, app-store distribution, and security may process information in countries other than where you live. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards or legal bases for that processing.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date or last updated date.
