1. Acceptance

These terms apply to Partyus and related support pages. App-store and device-provider terms may also apply.

2. The Game

Partyus is a local party-game collection for personal entertainment. Features and availability may vary by device, region, language, or app version.

3. Responsible Use

Use Partyus lawfully and with the agreement of everyone playing. Questions and challenges are optional, and players may skip any activity. You are responsible for content you add to the app and should not enter sensitive, unlawful, or harmful material.

You may not interfere with the game, misuse it, attempt unauthorized access, or copy, resell, or commercially exploit it except where applicable law permits.

4. Optional Purchases

Partyus may offer an optional one-time Pro purchase. The app store handles pricing, payment, restoration, refunds, and related account services under its own terms. Partyus Pro is not a subscription.

5. Intellectual Property

Partyus and its software, design, text, graphics, and other materials are owned by Red Yarn Games or its licensors and are protected by applicable law.

6. Updates and Availability

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of Partyus. To the extent permitted by law, the game is provided “as is” and “as available” without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation on every device.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Red Yarn Games is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of Partyus. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so they may not apply to you.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms when Partyus or applicable requirements change. The current version will be posted here with an updated date.
